This beginner-friendly photography workshop is designed for anyone who owns a camera with manual settings and wants to understand how it really works. In a relaxed, supportive studio environment, you’ll learn the fundamentals of photography and gain the confidence to move beyond auto mode.
The session covers camera handling, lenses, and essential accessories, before breaking down manual settings — including aperture, shutter speed, ISO, and white balance — in a clear, practical way that’s easy to understand and apply.
Please note this is a group session. There are only 8 spaces available.

How It Works
Your session begins with a short chat to understand your level and goals. From there, we’ll shape the lesson to suit your needs — practical, clear, encouraging, and fully tailored to you.

This full-day, hands-on workshop is designed to help you understand and confidently use studio lighting. In a supportive studio environment, you’ll move beyond theory and spend the day learning how to set up, shape, and control light in a practical, repeatable way.
Working in a small group of up to eight participants, you’ll photograph professional models and practise across at least four different lighting setups. Each setup is broken down step by step, with clear explanations of why it works and how you can recreate it on your own shoots.

Confidently set up and position studio lights

Be able to recreate at least four different studio lighting setups
